Race Relations Day

Kirsten was telling us a story about how their family came to New Zealand.

After the story we all had a chance to make cookies with dough. It tasted different.

We had shared lunch with the whole school to celebrate RACE RELATIONS DAY!

We were lucky to have Madison an opera singer as our Duffy Role Model with us today. She gave us our Duffy boxes during the assembly. We look forward to reading the books we have chosen.
