Discovery

Rutva came up with this idea. He put a dry leaf under the magnifying glass outside in the sun. They waited for 5 minutes  and saw some smoke coming out and here is a picture of  a  burnt leaf with  a hole in it.

Last week we had a group of Year2 children experimenting with magnifying glasses during discovery time.
